Put a new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing slave cylinder it has a stiff pedal. When not running then when you start it has only a little pedal and it will not go in gear but when you turn it off it will go into a gear. Maybe master cylinder? What do you think? Thanks

It sounds like you got the clutch disc in backwards. If the clutch pedal is stiff the master is probably okay, was the cluster master okay before you started? Here is a video that shows the job being done correctly on a similar car, (the steps are the same).

You can forward the video to the place you need to see. The clutch disc can only be installed one way.
