Car goes into gears but won't move just revs up and doesn't stall when I put it in any gear and release the clutch.

This is a sign the clutch is worn out. Here is a video that can help confirm the issue, but there is a chance you have a broken driveline like an axle, if you put it in gear get a flashlight and look under the car and see if you can tell if a driveline is spinning.

Hi,

Please understand, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.

Did this happen all at once? Have you checked the shift linkage on the transmission to see if it is moving when you shift gears? If not, have a helper shift (engine off) while you watch to see if the linkage moves.

If it does, then we will likely need to remove the transmission to inspect the release bearing shaft. It could be stuck in the release position for some reason. Other than that, there could be a broken input shaft or internal damage in the transmission.

I attached a general pic below and circled the release shaft so that you have an idea what I'm referring to.

Let me know.

Joe
