Clutch is stiff, transmission will not go into gear

My clutch is stiff and car will not go into gear when running.

Hello,

It sound like the clutch disc has fallen apart not allowing the clutch to disengage. Here is a video to show you how the remove the transmission and change the clutch out on a similar car:
