Cluster replacement

I replaced cluster now I guess I need to flash the system or something because it is not working.

Ford clusters need to be programmed by the dealer or with a high end scan tool to match the vehicle, they are more of a computer control center than just a cluster.

What was wrong with the old one? There are places that can repair them and you do not need to pay the dealer to reprogram them to work that way.
