Top of the instrument cluster does not work?

So, on top of my clusters doesn’t work at all, it doesn’t show my speed or my gas level, or even my temperature level. The only thing that works is the turn signals light inductors. The bottom clusters work great, everything shows. Also, they are both digital.

Chances are the cluster is going out. We should check the fuses first.

If the fuses are good here is how to change the cluster out, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So I switch the fuses and no luck, so now I think it’s a brunt cluster, here is a photo reference.

Yep, it looks like it needs to be rebuilt.

Yep it looks like it needs a rebuild.

Now I replaced the cluster with a brand new one but still won’t turn on the gauges just the turn signals that’s works. Now I’m thinking it’s a grounding problem or a wiring problem?
