Clunks over bumps

I replaced struts inner tie rod's took to mechanics and brakes plus they say everything under there is tight but it makes a clunking noise over bumps? ?? Talk to me

This could be few things but I would look into the sway bar links and/or the sway bar bushings. The links will always seem tight when checking them. Only over bumps will they generally make a knocking or clunking type noise. Also check the control arm bushings.
