Clunking noises after installing a new manifold

We just put a whole new manifold intake on and now when I try to start the car it makes clunking noises and cuts off.

It sounds like you got something down inside one of the intake runners inside the head like a bolt or something, I would remove the spark plugs to see which one is damaged to confirm the problem. sorry, I can tell for sure if you upload a video of the noise here with your response.
