clunk in front feel in wheel

clunk in steering wheel mechanic has put car on lift checked sway bar links tie rods ball joints one bad wheel bearing was found they assured me this was the problem i paid $200 to have driver side wheel bearing replaced noise still there

check with weight on the car it may be a control arm or a bearing at bottom of steering column or shaft hitting something
