Clunk going into forward/reverse and vibration on acceleration?

clunk noise sounds like coming from rear of car there is also some sound that comes from rear of car that comes and goes at different speeds.

Hi,

If you get noise and vibration, my first suspect is a worn universal joint. I'm not sure if you checked them, but that is certainly where I would start.
