Normally on all these motors they have an allen key that you are able to turn so that you can manually turn the motor when it fails. The only time this doesn't work is when the motor internally is locked up. So, if this is locked then you are going to have to remove it and then try and slide the window by hand.
So, in other words, the allen key only works when there is an electrical issue for the motor or the windings in the motor have failed. When it locks up then it is not much use at all but worth trying.
I attached the info below on replacement and it appears this does have an allen key.
