My sunroof drain lines are clogged and water is making its way into the cabin as a result. I cleaned it out with compressed air as well as poked a bit of wire down there. Got it mostly cleared but still feels partially clogged. Is there anything like Draino I can use that won't eat away at the rubber?

I have never heard of anything to pour down the sunroof drains to help unclog them, but I would be careful because it can cause damage to the paint etc. I would remove the headliner to access the drains. The removal will only take about an hour so you can clean the drains, but before you do open the sunroof completely to use compressed air to try to blow any dirt or debris from the drain openings. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
