Usually I try to find a good picture or diagram to explain this kind of fix.
I had a hard time, and sorta took an easy route this time.
I am posting the "method" I like to use, as compressed air seems to only temporarily fix the problem. See my link below and my pictures (for another vehicle).

As far as your vehicle goes.

The compressed air portion of it is not "my desire", I would stick to my shop-vac method because the particles and such would be drawn out, not blown back in.
