Clock spring

Hello looking for solid advice. Recently had my clock spring replaced ($927.00) and after they did the work my touch screen, radio buttons on steering wheel and Bluetooth all stopped working. At the point now where I am stuck on one station and none of the raids buttons work! (Side note all this was working before hand. The only the that was not working when I took the car in was heated steering wheel, GPS and Bluetooth). What do you guys think is going on? This guy is telling me to go to the dealership and have them check the radio, then come to him if it is the clock spring. First of all I think for $900.00 he should be offering to have another look. But just wanted other feedback.
Appreciate your input on what I should do next.

It sounds like they have the wrong clock spring installed or did not initialize correctly. Here is the institutions the books gives for doing the job (diagrams below) along with a step by step guide so you can see how it should be done:
