Clink noise after new wheels

It is hard to say if that is safe to drive or not because there is a bit of wind noise to get a good listen. Let's do this, take another video with the vehicle lifted off the ground on jack stands. This way you can actually lay on the ground by the wheels and see if you can pinpoint which wheel it is.

Based on the fact that you went to larger wheels, I suspect you are hitting something so you can also look for signs of contact while you have it lifted.

That is is a better video. Where did you get the wheels from? Did you buy them from a store or off someone on the internet?

That sounds just like a broken wheel. As long as they are torqued properly and are the correct bolt pattern and back spacing for your vehicle then I suspect the wheel is the issue. Let me know and we can try to prove it out.

Just to try and limit it down to one wheel, do you have your old wheels and tires? If so, replace each wheel one at a time to see when the noise stops. When it does then the wheel you just took off is your issue.
