Climate Control panel would not work wiring?

Got in my explorer this morning and the climate control panel would not work. No lights, no nothing. The outside temperature gauge on the radio is out also. So far, I've tried a system reset, checked climate control fuses under the dash and checked fuses under the hood. The only thing I can think of is the module is not getting power, or it just went bad. I think it's under the dash on the pass side, but I'm not sure about that. I was going to pull it tomorrow and check power at the pin. And If it did have power then order a module. If it didn't then start shooting some wires. So, I was looking for the pin out for the module and a wiring diagram do see if it pulling power from somewhere else besides the fuses I looked at.

Fuse #f46 10 amp in the BCM fuse panel, (right kick panel) powers the HVAC system. Here are the pin outs for the HVAC control module so you can check it out. Here is a guide to help check the fuse for power and the location of the fuse in the images below.
