Climate control, rear vents A/C blowing hot air

The roof vents for the passengers in the back are only blowing heat. No A/C or ambient air, strictly heat. The front dash blows A/C and heat the way it's supposed to.

Hi,

There is a rear blend air door actuator on this vehicle that has likely failed. This actuator is what controls the air temperature entering the vehicle.

If you look below, I attached the directions for replacing it. What I suggest is to remove it and while the electrical is still connected, see if that actuator reacts when you change the air temperature request.

Do this and let me know what you find.

See pics below. Pic 3 shows the actuator and location. It is on the passenger side rear of the vehicle under the plastic panel.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. It was the rest temperature control actuator, super easy replacement as well. I'm used to owning pickup trucks so it completely slipped my mind that there might be more than one actuator. I appreciate the help.
