Climate control problem, heater blows cold air out the driver's side and hot air out the passenger side

I have problem in driver side which blow cold air despite i set temperature to max hot, while passenger side is okay.
I asked and told door blend actuator problem. I want know what is the part number that is defected? I am confused from numbers as all actuator have same number expect different letters.
I found (19E616D)(19E616C).

Also you sent the way for change actuator which is behind the glove-box but the driver side is the defected. can you show me exactly what is the location of the driver actuator and demonstrate by graph the location of it?
