Climate control buttons are not working

Cutting the fan on/off works fine and I believe the A/C is working too. But when I try to switch the airflow setting, it doesn’t respond. It’s only blowing out of the dashboard vents, regardless of the setting I choose.

It sounds like the mode blend door is not working. here is a guide to walk you through the change with diagrams below to show you how on your car:
