The climate control panel is not turning on when pushing the power button and has no display showing. I checked all of the fuses and they all checked out good. Could it be a defective control panel since all fuses checked out?

Hello!

It sounds like perhaps the climate control panel is not receiving power. Are there any other accessories that are not working as well?

Please note that a fuse may look good even when it has blown. I'm attaching a couple of repair guides that have some helpful tips for checking fuses:

If the climate control panel (CCP) fuse has power, you could also check to see if there is power at the HVAC control module connector. Please check out this repair guide that discusses how to check the wiring in a vehicle, and the diagrams (below). The diagram is in two parts to help make it easier to read.

Please let us know what you find, and we would be happy to assist you further.

Thanks, Wendy W
