Climate control module

My trucks climate control module is stuck saying external temperature 50 degrees and fan won’t shut off when I turn the truck off. Please advise. The blower module is brand new and it’s still doing everything.

Good evening,

It sounds like the ambient temperature sensor is the issue as that sends the signal to the HVAC module for the outside temperature. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
