Defrost mode blends the air is directed to the front panels instead?

This is a climate control issue. When set on Defrost mode or any Defrost mode blends the air is directed to the front panels instead. I read that this is possibly a blend door actuator issue. And read that there are two of them, driver side and passenger side. Do both need replacing? And where do I find them and instructions on doing so? Thanks

So, this happens when the mode actuator goes out there is only one of them by the glove box door so you will need to remove the glove box to get to it here are the instructions in the images below to show you how to do the job. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
