how do you get the climate control out of the dash?

Good morning,
First, there is no V10 in a Cadillac. I am assuming you have the V8 rear wheel drive.
The front plate comes off either by plastic clips or a couple screws. Once you have it off, there are 4 bolts for the control head.

Thanks. yes, i have a v8 but i must have it the wrong number.
I already have it out just wanted to know how to get the plug off the back
after seeing my hand wasn't going to get in there no matter what i did. i just took the radio out and had no problem then.
anyway, thanks for all your help. just don't want to give up on a good car for simple problems.
1994 with 128,000 not bad.
