The driver side blows warm air (not as hot as it use to) and the passenger side blows nothing but cold air no matter what setting it is on, floor defrost; etc.

This sounds like you have a passenger side temperature blend door actuator that has gone out. here is a guide to help walk you through the repair with diagrams and instructions below to show you on your car:
