Truck is not blowing warm air. It is either hot or cold air only.

It is easy to get hot air. 80% of the control will give hot air.

The temperature is controlled by the heater control valve and the air mix door. It sounds like the heater control valve isn't adjusted correctly or the valve is faulty.
The door and valve are both adjusted with the temperature setting on cool.
Set the control to cool, unclip the cable then pull to the correct position and lock the clip back down.
