There are 2 plugs in the back of the climate control module, can you provide the pin outs for both?
Thanks,
Ron

When plug 227 was plugged in I got no display, I cut line 15, blend door reference ccw and was able to get the display back and fan control.
What function did I lose?

Okay. If this circuit is removed, then you have a short in the wire or the blend door actuator has shorted, and it is corrupting the climate control display.
So, I would suggest replacing the actuator if nothing else is found.
