Heater does not work. It only blows cold air. Already checked fuses. Coolant level is fine. I removed the cowl, and it was full of dust and debris. Cleaned that. I checked for vacuum leaks, but I do not have a diagram.
I have a manual but is does not have a Vacuum diagram for the climate control system.

So this car has dual temperature climate control so can I ask if both sides have no heat? Also, the blend door actuators for the temperature are electrically controlled. I would start by running the engine until warm, then check the temperature of both heater hoses. They both must be hot for the heater to work.
