Hi, I have one question. Im owner of Kia Pro Ceed 1.4 80.2kW 109hp 2008yer with 112000km and have one problem. It's only hapends when car is warm and when accelerating, on strait, more under load or on some hill, and only between 1700-2100rpm, car then makes strange noise, like quick clicting or taping, don't know how to propely explain, and as I off gas it's stopes, and only when I puss pedal slowly, when I puss it hard no noise. No any lights goes on of lashing, means on check engine. I'w change cain, cluch, sparks, oil and sound is still there, I hawent change chain tensioners because they told me that they ar perfect.. When car is cold there is no any sound, and also in park on n, don't make no sound, even if I press gas from 0-8000rpm's. So its only when is warm and only around 2000rpm. Iw also clen injectors and change pk belt and all filters... So I don't know what to do nex, it makes me crazy. The car even whens clicting goes perfect, no lose power or enythig.... When I change sparks they ar like new even afret 20000km, all same, no oil on them, no carbon nothing. I change oil max at 10000km, mostly at 7000km and when I change it its still light coler, and betwin change don't putt no oil because no need, its always more then half, more near max on dipstick..
Thanks in andvance...

What you're describing is typical of an exhaust leak. The common places to look are where the exhaust manifold bolts to the cylinder head, where the exhaust pipe bolts to the manifold, and around anything that is bolted to the pipes before the muffler. Bolted-on things can be an oxygen sensor, an emissions pipe, or a welded-on metal hanger. There's often a flexible spring-loaded joint where the exhaust pipe bolts to the exhaust manifold. The metal gasket in that joint can leak and make a ticking noise.

Tnx for quick respone... Today I was to mechanic and they told me that's everything about exhaust is ok, all joints ar ok, all nutts, they replace the flex pipe and the sound was still there. They wanted to return my old flex back, I don't, so I have now new flex pipe, but the sound is still there and its noticeable, but only when Is temp up to optimal around 90... When cold nothing.. They suspect on valves, could be them, but I don't have any check engine light even when the sound or clicting is realy noticible... For my car valves is self-tuning, no need for tune, but there is like check around 90000km, and I have 112000km.. Does there like valve regulator or something, or if its valves they have all to reasemble.?? Can it be injector, but I clen them before 5000km :S>? Don't know what to do....
Have any other idea, my wallet is a little thin after all that changes... ???
Tnx in advance

And to repeat from before, its only happends when car is on a move, when ints idle, there is no sond, its quiet, almoust like is off, and on idle when pusing gas no sound on any rpm, so its only when car is moving .. When I turn on acc sound is more noticeable, maybe because gives car more pressure, don't know, but when is off, sound is still there ...

There is a tool you might be able to borrow or rent from an auto parts store that borrows them called the "Chassis Ear". It is a set of six microphones, a switch box, and headphones. You clip the microphones to suspect points, then drive around while listening with the headphones. You can move the microphones around to zero in on the source of the noise. Be aware that many mechanics have never seen or even heard of this tool. Suspension and alignment mechanics use it to find rattles, squeaks, and other noises.
