Clicking noise under dash

Changed blend door actuator but still clicks.

How did you confirm this was the actuator that was clicking? I would suggest getting it clicking and then unplug the actuator and if it stops then clearly that is it. If that is the actuator that you replaced, then unfortunately you got a faulty part. This has happened to me just recently. Replaced my sister in laws blend door actuator and 10 minutes into her trip home it started clicking. Replaced it again, and it was all good.
