Clicking noise

When I turn left and right there is a clicking noise and when I press the gas it click also.

This sounds like a CV joint in the front axle.

I don't know if I can do a video. sorry. thanks for the reply and also someone else said that it sounds like what you said it was. I had it done a year ago and still was making the noise.
