Once my ignition clicks off there is a clicking noise?

Once my ignition clicks off, I get a clicking noise from dash and needles move slightly. i have just had a starter and ignition barrel replaced, it wasn't doing it before. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the video, it helps. This sounds like the battery is no good. To be sure let's turn the headlights on for 5 minutes and see if they stay bright. This guide can help us, and I have included a generic guide on how to change the battery out correctly:

I put it on the machine I've got, it wasn't showing any faults and cables are tight and clean on battery, if I sit in the van, lock then unlock it stops, but then it locks the doors it's self after a couple of minutes.

It sounds like the BCM is going out or the instrument cluster itself. Has this car had any water damage? When they did the code read did, they do a CAN scan?
