Clicking in fuse box under the hood EFI relay

Car will not always start. I have to pull out the EFI relay and wait. The car will start clicking sound and then I pull the relay and wait about ten minutes replace the relay and it starts.

Hello,

This is telling me the PCM is bad because when you reboot it it works for a bit then stops working just like a home computer that is having problems. Try a used PCM and plug it is to see what happens.
