Clicking from all new rear brakes

I have this.
Do you mean the upper or lower brake spring, please explain further.

It is a Caravan, known problem with the rear shoe brakes when braking from 25 to 0 mph.

inverted how, upside down, left right, upper or lower spring etc.
I wrote to the tech that wrote that.

Yes this makes sense because if the springs are not installed correctly they can protrude outward contacting the drum as is rotates.
