I started my car and it was making a clicking noise in the engine, every time i accelerated this click noise got louder. Also loss of power when driving, could only do 50-60 km/hr. Has already gone through a full service but still clicking away.

A clicking could be many things. Does it sound like an exhaust leak? Have you checked the catalytic converter to see if it is plugged?

Please understand that the term "Clicking" is very vague. However, since you are experiencing a power loss, I am thinking that maybe the catalytic converter may be partially plugged and causing too much back pressure in the exhaust system. Thus, maybe an exhaust manifold gasket has gone bad and you hear a clicking from there.

The catalytic converter is part of the exhaust system.
