Clicking and popping when turning right?

Is the noise loud enough to record and upload for me to hear? Also, have you properly torqued the axle nut? (See torque specifications below). Any issues with the ball joints or other steering components?

Keep in mind, it could be the hub bearing itself that is failing. When you turn right, you are adding extra weight to the left. If that is what you hear, it isn't uncommon for the bearing itself to make that kind of noise.

Lift that wheel off the ground and check for up - down, left - right, in -out play in the wheel.
