There is a very steady clicking coming from behind my steering wheel area, near the dashboard. It can be as much as three to four clicks per second but about two to three clicks per second 65% of the time. It went away for a while, but it seems to have started up again since it got cooler in the area recently.

Thanks for the videos they help. this noise is caused by the blend door actuator which has had the gear stripped out, which is common. Here are the locations of the actuators so you can check it out, put you had on each one while the noise is occurring, and you can find the one that needs replacement. My guess is it will be the driver side mode actuator because it is right in the area the noise is being generated in. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thank you! Is it something that should be fixed right away, given the longevity of the issue?

Does everything in the car seem to work okay, no warning lights? If it's okay with not warning lights you should be okay.

Yes, it’s only the radio that went out almost a year ago and the starter was also giving me issues but that was recently fixed several months back.
