Engine Clacking Noise On Acceleration?

Hi,
I'm have this clacking/ticking noise around the engine on acceleration.

Any ideas? It is louder in person.

Yep, I can hear a large exhaust leak, can you get closer to the noise to see where it is coming from, I see the EGR cross over tube which is a good place to start, also the one way check valve on the EGR tube must not exhaust back into the air induction system. Is the noise coming from under the van? Please check the exhaust manifolds for broken bolts as well.
