still running limp mode?

I've replaced turbo manifold and intercooler and a couple sensors also but I am still running limp mode and have codes.

Thanks for the codes they help. All of them are shorted to ground so can I ask how the wiring harness condition is? Can you inspect the engine harness to see if it has rubbed through on the engine or frame? If the wiring is okay, you could have a bad PCM. I would remove the PCM and send it in for testing.
