Hello, I purchased a new battery and a new alternator. In low rpm's when the lights and A/C are on, the volt drops 12.6. The alternator has 4 pin connector but the male connector only have three wires. Thank you

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

When there is nothing electrical turned on, check the voltage at the battery. It should be right around 14 volts. Now, with the AC running, the blower motor for the AC, the lights and a cooling fan running, and at idle speed, 12.6 volts is fine.

Here is a link that shows how to check the alternator output. Do this and let me know what you find.
