Engine Performance problem
2001 Citroen Saxo Front Wheel Drive Manual 84000 miles

hi my car seems to have a flat spot perticularly when driving at low speeds but if i press the accelerater down it seems to drive through it. its as if the car is going to stall but if you put your foot down it runs rough then clears up can you advise what this could be please.. thanks..
