2000 Citroen Saxo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 68.000 miles

i have a saxo 1.1i desire my car overheating light is on and fan runs constant even when engine cold and just starting up! ive change the 2 temp sensors but still didnt fix it! just trying to think what else could it be! if you can help that would be great

replace thermostat .. flush cooling system .. have a cylinder compression test carried out
