Hi there,
We do not have any information on your car in the Mitchell 1 data base we have access to, so i can only suggest that you check fuses and if they are ok, there may be a fan speed resistor fault or the switch is faulty, fan motors normally don't die over night, this question will remain open so other users with Citroen experience may be able to assist you as well.
