Electrical problem
2001 Other Citroen Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles

A month ago someone drove into the back of our car and since then it has been at a garage being repaired.
They dropped it back on Friday having had it nearly 4 weeks. The first time we attempted to start it on Saturday morning nothing happened. The engine doesn't even turn over, there is absolutely nothing.
The car won't jump start but all the headlights work implying there is some charge in the battery.
The garage claim it started on Friday to get on to their lorry for delivery and this is not in any way their problem.
Does anyone know why the car is not starting if the lights are working and whether this could be related to the accident or not?
Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,
Stella
