2005 Citroen C5 Wipers and lights come on 2 minutes after i

Fault possibly triggered by carwash
woke up in morning to find wipers, lights, alarm & flat battery plus car wont run even with jumper leads.

Dealer replaced fuse box and main computer
car now runs, but has developed fault that wipers and headlights come on permanently 1-2 minutes after ignition switched off, still at garage but fault finding very difficult.

Our database does not have any information on your vehicle so we are not able to assist in troubleshooting the cause.

For such problem, I believe water has gained entry into some control units and causing the shorting. Look out for components that might be water sogged, especially relays and control units.

I am not familiar with component layouts for your vehicle and can only suggest checking those underhood and near kick panels.
