2002 Citroen C5 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 67.000 miles

I need to top up my power steering fluid which is the one I need to use? and can I top it up myself as it says on container inside engine compartment to top it up by taking it to a citroen garage also where is the pollen filter on my c5

Pollen filter is located under the plastic panel under the grill at the bottom of the windscreen ... you need a good "power steering fluid" to top up container !
