wipers will not work

Four cylinder two wheel drive manual 35,000 miles

Hi, I am having problems with my wipers. i took it to Citroen garage to have it checked they were not sure what the problem was, but suggested changing the wiper motor after replacing the motor they still do not work. any ideas what it could be?

i would ask them to check the fuse, relay and then it is down to wiring check.
