2003 Citroen C3 Front Wheel Drive Manual 70k miles

my citroen c3 is a 1.6 the heater fans are blowing air fast all the time you cant turn it faster or slower but you can change the temp no probs. it has a climate control system and is digital.

replce the blower motor resistor located on the heater blower housing
