2003 Citroen C3 50.000 miles

Hi:

I'm shortly going to England.

I am taking with me an Automobile GPS.

It will be required to be charged thru the battery......
Question:...will an English car battery be the same basic 12 volt, and will it be safe enough to plug in my Canadian GPS to charge it ?..or will it blow ??

it will be perectly safe ... english cars have a standard 12v system !!
