2002 Citroen C3 Manual

I tried my windscreen wipers on a still icy window, and since then they havent worked. I have had the fuses checked and they are fine. Wot else could it be and how much will it cost. My injectors are also going, how much does it cost to fix them...thanku.

check the splines on the bottom of the arms are not stripped .. we cannot supply parts prices for this vehicle
