2007 Citroen C2 Windscreen Washers

The windscreen washer are not working, there is plenty of water in the bottle and its not frozen. Also i cant here the pump working, ive tried the obvious things and there are no blockages that i can see??
Any suggestions as to what it could be?

check fuse ! .. blow through pipes with compressed air .. check for clogged nozzles
