1998 Citroen C1 Two Wheel Drive Manual

citroen saxo vtr put new engine in form a 2002 modle and it only revs to 4000rpm then just splutters and will not go any thuther could you give me any answers you might have

did y0u swap the ECU's ?.. the set up of the engune will be totally different ..
